American Red Cross CPR course blended learning
The Greater Scranton YMCA is offering a Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED blended Learning course May 27th, 2026.
The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning course combines roughly 1.5 hours of online interactive simulation with an in-person skills session. It prepares participants to recognize and care for cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies for all ages, meeting OSHA requirements with a 2-year digital certification.
- Pediatric & Adult: Covers CPR, AED usage, for adults (12+), children, and infants.
- Skills Learned: Recognition of cardiac emergencies, proper CPR techniques, AED operation.
- Certification: Upon successful completion, a 2-year valid digital certificate is issued, accessible anytime via the Red Cross account.
- Requirements: The online portion must be completed before attending the in-person skills session.
